AccountMate Software Announces Unique “Best of All Worlds” SaaS |

PETALUMA, CA (October 3, 2010)-It was announced today at AccountMate Software’s annual business conference, that a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform is now available to AccountMate clients. David Render, AccountMate’s COO, told the audience that, "Based on the increasing demand and popularity of this type of remote-access hosted model, we are now ready to provide our own unique ‘Best of All Worlds’ SaaS offering."
Unique to the AccountMate service is the ability for customers to have custom modifications made to their software on the AccountMate SaaS remote server. Render said, "This allows our software users to install the modifications they need for their individual business requirements." Approved third-party Vertical Solution Software can also be installed on the hosted server. In addition to the standard accounting modules, AccountMate offers a complete CRM product, a Business Intelligence package and a Business Alerts module. To create a completely integrated business solution, Microsoft Exchange Email and Office are available on the same remote server. The client can get all of the AccountMatesupplied offering for a predefined monthly subscription fee.
This SaaS computing is a viable option for those who decide that a remote access strategy is more practical for them than having an on-premise Business Financial System suite, and who do not necessarily feel the need to ‘own’ the software license.
With this cloud offering, everyone continues to get the same AccountMate intuitive user interface. AccountMate Software Release Gives Clients a Competitive Advantage |

PETALUMA, CA (July 14, 2010)-AccountMate Software Corporation today announced that it is releasing AccountMate 8 for SQL and Express software which incorporates over 100 enhancements and an entirely new module.
AccountMate 8 gives users added functionality such as the ability to drill down on the details in the Executive Summary Report, the ability to temporarily hold or increase customer credit limits, combine electronic payments during bank reconciliation, allocate quantity updated during work order explosion and support multi-step processing of work orders.
An entirely new module, The Custom Field Manager, is also being released. This optional module allows an authorized user to add custom fields to new tabs within all the accounting modules. These fields can also be added to the database. Custom fields can be read-only or editable in select screen forms. This makes it easier to customize the software to capture additional information that the client may require, without having to modify the source code.

AccountMate 0% Leases Available for Both New and Installed Companies |

AccountMate releases latest version of LAN Accounting Software |
